Overall, a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The service and staff are fabulous, giving that true sense of a 5-star hotel. Gym is small but well equipped, the interior pool includes the Sauna and Turkish bath (The outdoor pool was closed due to being off-season). First time getting a massage as well and was pretty nice. Once again, the staff super kind and helpful at all times. Breakfast was good however not as varied as I expected due to the size of the hotel, but everything there (both sweet and salt) were delicious. The hotel itself is a little strange to navigate if you're staying at the "Suites wing", but after a couple of walks, it's easy to cruise around. Bedroom was overall nice, bathroom had both a hot tub and a shower, bed has comfy however i little too soft for my taste. Had dinner at their restaurant and once again, the 5 stars shine with the personnel. I ordered the Steak Tartare (super recommended) as they prepare it table-side.

Huge thank you to David, Nuno, and the other hotel staff for an excellent stay. My original 1 night stay was extended to 9 days because I fell ill. The staff arranged my transportation to the hospital for diagnosis (bronchitis, not COVID luckily!) and continued to check in on me each time I passed the front desk. Everyone was extremely kind, thorough, and accommodating. I don't wish for anyone to be sick on vacation, but if you are, you could not pick a better place to rest and convalesce. Plus, the breakfast served every morning was delicious! Thank you all so much, I will most surely stay here again when I return to Andorra

Even though we did the wrong choice about the room, they were very helpful and fast on changing to another one. Wifi was not working n the new room, so they helped us again change the room in the middle of the night. I definitely recommend the hotel, the service is very nice and all the facilities are very very clean. The staff is awesome!

The hotel location is great : close to the centre and in the same time just outside of the noise. The natural exterior pool is a blast! The restaurant has some old style elegance… Staff at reception and at the restaurant are fantastic!

Outside area for swimming pool and dinner. Also the special activities, cinema a la fresca on Tuesday, very good idea. Most nice was the service. High service orientation by all members.
