Andorra Park Hotel

Overall, a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The service and staff are fabulous, giving that true sense of a 5-star hotel. Gym is small but well equipped, the interior pool includes the Sauna and Turkish bath (The outdoor pool was closed due to being off-season). First time getting a massage as well and was pretty nice. Once again, the staff super kind and helpful at all times. Breakfast was good however not as varied as I expected due to the size of the hotel, but everything there (both sweet and salt) were delicious. The hotel itself is a little strange to navigate if you're staying at the "Suites wing", but after a couple of walks, it's easy to cruise around. Bedroom was overall nice, bathroom had both a hot tub and a shower, bed has comfy however i little too soft for my taste. Had dinner at their restaurant and once again, the 5 stars shine with the personnel. I ordered the Steak Tartare (super recommended) as they prepare it table-side.

The hotel location is great : close to the centre and in the same time just outside of the noise. The natural exterior pool is a blast! The restaurant has some old style elegance… Staff at reception and at the restaurant are fantastic!

Even though we did the wrong choice about the room, they were very helpful and fast on changing to another one. Wifi was not working n the new room, so they helped us again change the room in the middle of the night. I definitely recommend the hotel, the service is very nice and all the facilities are very very clean. The staff is awesome!
